The Role

We’re looking for a motivated and numbers savvy Customer Services Representative to join our Auckland team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term future in a stable and diverse industry whether you’re a recent graduate, early in your career, or bringing transferable skills from other sectors.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Prepare accurate quotes and process orders efficiently
  • Work closely with the sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams to meet customer needs
  • Develop a strong understanding of our products and their applications across industries
  • Build relationships with customers and contribute to our strong reputation in the market
  • Analyse sales data and maintain accurate records in our systems

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and develop within the role and the industry
